Amazing what a little internet search does. I bought a 2605 laserjet used without testing (I know ..bold) as the toner carts were all gone save for Black. Based on the reviews here I thought I'd give these guys a test. I work for a place that sells computer products and the price of these toner carts were still below the cost of some of the 3rd party toner that we sell.

After getting the toners delivered (promptly I might add) I did the test print out and my Magenta was very light and faded. I called Inkers and explained, they sent out a UPS shipping return label and replaced the toner cart. Thinking it was the toner I inserted the new magenta toner cart and got the same faded reds. Now I knew it was my printer. After searching I found the culprit.

The 2600 series laserjets weren't designed with an enclosed mirror. This mirror tends to get toner collecting on it and the way the magenta toner sits in proximity it seems to be the color most often affected. Evidently HP was offering replacements for those who had magenta problems but today it may be near impossible to get a replacement. The remedy is to literally take the printer apart until you can access the mirrors and with canned air or something like a Que Tip clean the surface of the mirror. This is not for the faint of heart and takes about a couple of hours.

Once the mirror is clean the red color comes back in force. I informed Inkers of this issues and I have no idea of any of you noticed color issues with your Magenta. You too may attribute it to cheap toner when in fact it's a well known issue with our printer.

Due to Inkers prompt service and friendly support I will be recommending them to the people I know with laser printers. I don't relish taking my printer apart but I know the problem isn't with the toner and so its time for plan B. I'll upgrade this post after I do the mirror cleaning and post my results.

I am so glad to have ordered this set of toner and ink for my lasar printer. It was getting too expensive to replace the cartridges sometimes at up to $90 a piece. Ordering this set was a big savings. The quality is equal to the the ink I have been using. I will order this set again in the future.

5 out of 5 stars Finally a company that's accountable   February 23, 2009

I ordered a set of toners and I wasn't too happy with the results. I contacted the company and after expressing my disappointment of those results the company was very apologetic and yet adamant that their product was just as good if not better than OEM toners for my HP Laser Jet 2605 printer. They immediately emailed me a UPS return shipping label and a day later my replacement toners arrived. The print outs with these toners are just as vibrant and crisp as my original toners from HP. I would definitely recommend Inkers and their products to anyone that has a need for replacement compatible toners and a company that is accountable and takes pride in their workmanship

I bought this in July, but only needed the black cartridge immediately, a few
months later I then replaced the color cartridges only to run into a problem
"incorrect cyan" with one of the cartridges. Things did print ok, but the
error message would come and go on reset (sometimes things were fine until after
a couple of pages printed).

I contacted Toner Eagle via Amazon email and got a quick response, after which they
called me directly with an experienced tech on the line. After a bit of phone
troubleshooting (I was away from the printer) they asked for some code numbers, and pictures off of the cartridge, and after providing that they quickly determined that
it was a manufacturing defect (black ID chip on the cyan cartridge) and direct
shipped me a new cyan cartridge along with a RMA label for the defective cartridge
that arrived in a few days. Things worked fine after swapping in the new cartridge.

There was no run around, they were very courteous (called my cell with the tech
on hand in my specified time frame) and I'll definitely buy from them
again in the future.

This is the only way I can afford to utilize my HP 2600N printer. HP charges twice what these toner cartridges cost and these work just as well as HP. I don't do art work type printing just home office stuff but the HP 2600N isn't really an artsy type printer. Good communication, shipping and an A+ transaction with this vendor.
